Mike Kane is a Colorado personal injury attorney specializing in car accidents, truck accidents and catastrophic personal injury litigation. He also represents victims of sexual assault against institutions and individuals.
Mr. Kane has spent his entire career helping the vulnerable fight back against the powerful. Mr. Kane negotiated an $8 million-dollar settlement in a contested liability trucking case and a $5 million-dollar settlement against a school district on behalf of a young woman who was sexually assaulted by her elementary school teacher.
In 2023 Mr. Kane secured a high 7-figure settlement on behalf of a client catastrophically injured in a slip and fall on a dangerous sidewalk and won a $900,000+ jury verdict judgment against Home Depot in a premises liability case.
Mr. Kane is known as an aggressive litigator and believes in taking the fight to the insurance companies. He is frequently asked to speak and has given multiple presentations at Colorado Trial Lawyers Association events.
